How did it all start? Were it Condoleezza's words? Or were it Osama's?

Were is Osama now? Who is still looking for him? Is he somewhere working with another identity? Like Radovan Karadzic? Is he hiding in a hole like Sadam Husein? Why isn't he found yet?

Only outside the United States? I feel there is something missing in the motives. What happened with the 9/11 thing?

I am lost. The APA and ATA offer 2 million dollars on top of the 25 from the USA. But why? Because of the thing he is not even officially accused for?
